The 13th international conference on Public Health among Greater Mekong Sub-Regional countries on "Enhancing transdisciplinary collaborations on Education and Research to tackle priority public health issues in the new Era" has following objectives:
An abstract should be in one paragraph with no more 350 words, describing the major aspects of the entire paper in a prescribed sequence that includes: 1) Introduction: The overall purpose of the study and the research problem(s) you investigated; 2) Objective(s): The outcomes that you aim to achieve by conducting research; 3) Method: The basic design of the study; 4) Results: Major findings or trends found as a result of your analysis; and, 5) Conclusions: a brief summary of your interpretations and conclusions. The International Conference on "Health Challenges in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” in Khon Kaen, ThailandIn September, representatives of the Institute for Community Health Research attended the International conference in Thailand with the theme of Health Challenges in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Where and how we have started?
Participants of the workshop included representatives from countries in Southeast Asia region along with Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The conference focused on the themes of the UN’s global target on sustainable development, which is appropriate for the context of Southeast Asia.
In the Conference, the experts presented an overview of the implementation of objectives in sustainable development as well as the challenges their countries were facing when performing the objectives.
On behalf of the Institute for Community Health Research, Dr. Doan Vuong Diem Khanh also made a report for the challenges of mental health problems and mental health care in Vietnam to present at the workshop.
